Participation

Use an account you control and a non-impersonating nickname. You are responsible for what you submit. Do not share your session or attempt to evade a suspension. We do not verify vehicle ownership or professional qualifications.

Your contributions

You retain ownership of your original writing. By posting, you permit EVVerity to store, display and technically format it as part of this community, and to retain it while needed to provide the service and handle legitimate notices. This does not transfer ownership or authorise selling your content. Contact us before submitting material you do not have permission to share.

Moderation and availability

The community guidelines form part of these terms. We may hold, restrict or remove content, close a discussion or suspend an account for a stated reason. Posting can be paused for security, maintenance or resource limits. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a response to every question.

Information, not an inspection

Members’ opinions and calculations are not diagnostic certification, an inspection, a warranty or individual professional advice. Sources and assumptions matter. Do not rely on a post to establish the safety or condition of a vehicle.

Privacy and deletion

Read the community privacy notice before creating an account. My account provides an export and deletion function. Deleting your account removes its login details and the text of your contributions from the live community; other people’s replies are not yours to delete. Limited backup or legally necessary records may persist as described in the privacy notice.

Questions and complaints

Write to info@evverity.com with the relevant page and reason. Decisions can be appealed through that contact. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
